These terms apply to studnook.com and to the 3D model packs offered on it. The site is run by 3D-REDESIGN, obrt za industrijski dizajn i usluge, Croatia (“Studnook”, “we”). Contact: contact@studnook.com.

1. Before launch

The store opens in November 2026. Until then nothing can be bought on this site. Pack descriptions, prices and release plans may change before release.

2. Products

We sell digital 3D model packs for use in Roblox experiences. Each pack page lists what it contains, the file formats and its technical specifications. Images show the actual models; how they look in your game depends on your lighting and settings.

3. Buying

When the store opens, orders will be processed by a reseller acting as the seller of record. It handles payment, invoices and sales tax, and its checkout terms apply to the payment. Right after payment the files are available in your Studnook account, which is created with your purchase; you sign in with a one-time code sent to your e-mail. To prevent account sharing, an account can be signed in on up to 3 devices and each pack can be downloaded up to 10 times in 30 days. Write to us if you need more.

4. Right of withdrawal for digital content

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout. After that, purchases are refunded only as described in our refund policy.

5. License

Buying a pack gives you a license to use it as described in the Studnook License. You do not acquire ownership of the models.

6. Liability

We check every model against Roblox's import requirements, but Roblox may change its platform. Our liability for a pack is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example, for intent or gross negligence).

7. Law

Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
