Questions
When can I buy?
The store opens in November 2026. Pet + Egg Hatch Duo and the Low-Poly Nature Kit are finished and go on sale first; the other packs follow as they're completed.
Can I use the models in a game I make money from?
Yes. The standard license covers unlimited Roblox experiences, including paid access and in-game purchases. You can't resell or share the raw model files. Read the license.
Which files do I get?
FBX files with the texture embedded, ready for Studio's 3D Importer or Blender. Animated packs include a rigged model plus one FBX per animation. A README explains how to import everything.
Will the models slow down my game?
Pets in our first pack use 2,232–3,244 triangles and eggs under 1,900. Roblox allows up to 20,000 per mesh, so there's plenty of headroom for mobile players.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When we add models to a pack you own, the new version appears in your account at no extra cost.
Can I pay with Robux?
Not at launch. Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What is your refund policy?
If a pack doesn't import correctly and we can't fix it within 7 days, you get a full refund. Full refund policy.
